Registered 1st Class post:
UK orders will be despatched free of charge, for orders £60.00 and over.
For orders under £60.00 a p&p charge of £5.99 will be added.
UK customers can also request next day delivery if your order is received before 12.00pm. This option is available at the checkout.
Please note that during busy periods orders may take an extra day to process.
Unless specified, all UK orders are sent registered first class post.
Most orders placed before 12.00 noon will be despatched on the same day.
Any orders placed after this time may not be despatched until the following day.

All UK orders over the value of £60.00 will be shipped free of charge.
For orders under this amount there will be a postage and packing charge of £5.99.
UK customers can request us to send a parcel on a next day delivery service (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday delivery) for £6.99. Please order before 12 noon otherwise your parcel may be despatched on the following day. Parcels are only despatched on weekdays so if you order an item on next day delivery on Friday before mid-day then it will not be delivered until Monday. Where there will be a lengthy delay in despatching your order due to stock shortages then you will be informed by e-mail.
This service is unavailable for orders from the Republic or Ireland, the Channel Islands and all International Orders.
Customers placing orders from certain Scottish Post Codes such as those beginning IV and AB should allow an extra day for delivery, on both the 48 and next day services.
If you supply an incorrect postal code or incomplete address then there maybe a delay in despatching your parcel or delivery of your parcel may not be possible. It is not the responsibility of Walton Publishing to ensure that the address is correct and we accept no responsibility for the loss or delay in delivery of your parcel if the address that you supplied is incorrect or incomplete.
For all International orders Walton Publishing will e-mail you with the postage charge for the goods that you must agree to before we despatch your item.
Walton Publishing recommends that you send all items back to us via some form of recorded delivery so that we have to sign for it. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods that were lost. If you return your parcel via a form of delivery that is not guaranteed then Walton Publishing will accept no responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged.
If you believe that you have been sent the incorrect item, please first call us on 01388818297 so that we can authorise the refund of your postage before sending the goods back to us. If we agree to credit your postage, you will also need to enclose a receipt for your postage so that we can refund you, failure to produce a valid receipt for the postage may result in us not refunding the full amount to you. If you do not call to have your postage refund authorised then the postage charge may not be credited.
